It is a great honour for us to announce that BELVOIR CAPITAL AG acquired a majority stake in SLOAN ASSET MANAGEMENT AG, effective as of April, 15. 2017.

Robert B. Sloan founded SLOAN ASSET MANAGEMENT AG in February 2004 and built a successful business since. As an American citizen living in Switzerland, Bob focussed on his key knowledge for US Business and hence disposed of an SEC licence ever since. In 2010, Oliver Baumann joined the Sloan- Team and today he is a Managing Partner. In Switzerland, SLOAN ASSET MANAGEMENT AG is considered and supervised as a DSFI (directly subordinated financial intermediary) by the Swiss regulator finma.

By acquiring SLOAN ASSET MANAGEMENT AG, BELVOIR CAPITAL AG consequently pursues its strategy to provide its clients with professional and licenced services. This step enables us on one hand to enlarge our competences into the US business and on the other hand, we enhance our expertise and infrastructure. Our clients continue to enjoy very personal, individual and professional services going beyond pure portfolio management.

SLOAN ASSET MANAGEMENT AG will continue as a legally separate subsidiary of BELVOIR CAPITAL AG and focus on business with US relation or having custody in the USA.
